Ed Wagner brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC and oil heat industry, including over two decades working as a contractor and field service technician. A U.S. Coast Guard veteran, Ed transitioned into technical training and support, where he has helped contractors and technicians strengthen their understanding of heating equipment and improve service performance in the field. Throughout his career Ed has installed, serviced, and diagnosed a wide range of oil-fired heating systems, developing deep expertise in burner operation, combustion analysis, and system troubleshooting.

Alan Wornham is a Technical Support Agent and Lead Trainer for R.W. Beckett. He brings over 30 years experience as a service technician, service manager, and Vocational educator.
